  • Assist in  recruitment and selection process 
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and letters (offer letters, contracts, warning letters, etc.).
  • Support HR projects and other assigned tasks by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
