Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Prepare HR documents .
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal information).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and upkeep of the working environment.
  • Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Organize company meetings, internal events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and document filing.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate  must have a diploma or certificate in HR.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or administration preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong skills and motivation may also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR and office management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR policies.
  • Experience in handling payroll coordination or employee benefits.
