- Manage employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.- Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance for employee development- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedure and compliance requirements.- Manage training and development programs, including competency enhancement initiatives.- Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads.- Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports and records.

Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree, preferred in HRM Diploma/ Business Administration- Minimum of 5 years & above of experience in HR roles- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership, communication and problem -solving skills. - Good computing skills (MS office, HR Systems, email communication, digital tools)
