Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Manage employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance for employee development
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedure and compliance requirements.
- Manage training and development programs, including competency enhancement initiatives.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports and records.

Job Requirements

- Any bachelor degree, preferred in HRM Diploma/ Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years & above of experience in HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem -solving skills. 
- Good computing skills (MS office, HR Systems, email communication, digital tools)
