Job Requirements
•Age Between (30 - 35)•Bachelor’s Degree (HRM, HRD, BMA, or Business Diploma preferred)•Minimum 6-8 years in HR and 3– years in HR Manager role•Handle in across all HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, etc.).•Experience handling multi-branch or multi-unit operations preferred•Experience in trading / retail / distribution companies•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and email•Familiar with HR systems or ERP•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Strong leadership and team management
