Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top-tier talent
Nurture a positive working environment and report to management using HR metrics to guide decision-making
Lead, mentor, and elevate the internal HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
Serve as the final authority on critical HR matters, including structural reorganizations, talent allocation, and the resolution of complex employee relations issues

Job Requirements

•Age Between (30 - 35)
•Bachelor’s Degree (HRM, HRD, BMA, or Business Diploma preferred)
•Minimum 6-8 years in HR and 3– years in HR Manager role
•Handle in across all HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, etc.).
•Experience handling multi-branch or multi-unit operations preferred
•Experience in trading / retail / distribution companies
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
•Familiar with HR systems or ERP
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong leadership and team management
