• Lead and manage all HR functions, including policy development, HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with management to support workforce planning, organizational development, and business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and strengthen employer branding efforts
• Implement and manage performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and company culture initiatives
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, and market benchmarking activities
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance
• Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of Myanmar labor laws and modern HR practices
• Experience in HR transformation projects, HR set-up, or rapidly growing organizations is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day HR operations
