• Lead and manage all HR functions, including policy development, HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence• Collaborate with management to support workforce planning, organizational development, and business objectives• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and strengthen employer branding efforts• Implement and manage performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and company culture initiatives• Manage compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, and market benchmarking activities• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance• Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial role• Strong understanding of Myanmar labor laws and modern HR practices• Experience in HR transformation projects, HR set-up, or rapidly growing organizations is highly preferred• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities• Ability to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day HR operations
