Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the attendance records and Overtime records of Branch Office.
  • End to end recruitment process for Branch offices aligned with line managers.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Assist to Assistant HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Job Specification

  • Any bachelor degree and must have certificate or diploma in HR Field.
  • Must have at least above 1 or 2 year of experience in HR field.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must having general knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook mail).
  • Moderate in email writing skills and verbal communication skills in Myanmar.
  • Must have good attitude, interpersonal skills, communication skills and willing to learn.
  • Able to travel in sometime (Mandalay, Monywa, Naypyitaw)
