Job Description

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Performing the orientation of new employees
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absence, leaves, late hours..,etc)
  • Preparing and submitting reports on general HR activity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR fields
  • Good knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office  ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
