RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting , testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidates selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Maintains a pay roll management monthly and design a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
Maintains management guideline by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Complete human resource operational requirements bu scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Contributes to team effort bu accomplishing related results as needed.
Do any ad hoc procedure assigned bu HOD.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Any graduate and HR diploma is added value.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word & amp, Power Point.
Experience of working in a dynamic and complex environment in tight deadlines.
Experience of working with confidential information.
Able to travel with passion as per business requirements all around Myanmar. Be able to work with shift assign.
