Job Description

  • Handling attendance and payroll calculation
  • Dealing with government office and law firm for SSB and office documentation process
  • Effective coordination with cross departments and team members
  • Arrange learning & development programs for employees
  • Initiate ideas for employees’ wellbeing and benefit programs
  • Conduct the whole procedure for talent acquisition
  • Organize smooth onboarding and explain about company’s policies and procedures clearly
  • Edit and revise employees’ handbook whenever the labor office has announced in changes concern with labor law
  • Create and renewal contracts such as Employment Contract, Internship Agreement Contract, Confidential Agreement Contract and so on
  • Keep the employees’ information, contracts, and data with confidentiality
  • Implement and build management strategy proportional to the company developing goals
  • Conduct performance appraisal coordination with Team Leaders and Directors
  • Give feedback to the team and discuss about their career plan/promotion and opportunities
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Negotiation with employee representatives and stakeholder
  • Contributing to employee relations, discussion, and negotiations
  • Enabling HR to contribute to the organization’s financial success
  • Oversee daily operations of HR department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Have at least 3 years working experiences in related field
  • Excellent team player and actively participate with team
  • Team leadership ability and experience
  • Good understanding in strategic planning and budget controlling
  • Written and oral communicate in both Burmese and English
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft and good presentation skills
  • Can work under pressure
