5) Must Know about HR policies & best practices , knowledge of handling Factory Labour / workers as well
6) Assisting HR officer in recruitment by identifying recruitment agencies , arranging interviews
7) Must have done specialization in HR

Job Requirements

- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Advance Excel Skill
- Knowledge of Management & Administration
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Work experience in HR for at least 3 to 6 years
- Must be fluent in English & Burmese
