- Entry for employee data to register, EI Import for GW Software, SSB new comer, YOMA Bank Data, HRGCCL Physical Indicator
- Record Turnover list, SSB Out List
- Prepare claim for Monthly Salary, Salary Tax, SSB, Staff Medical Charges, Staff Welfare
- Prepare SSB and Tax document and copying SSB data to CD
- Updating Tax data and entry to tax book
- Prepare probation assessment, transfer, confirmation letter
- Prepare C & B report, monthly payroll report, quarterly MIC report
- Prepare SSB and Tax document and copying SSB data to CD
- Updating Tax data and entry to tax book
- Prepare probation assessment, transfer, confirmation letter
- Prepare C & B report, monthly payroll report, quarterly MIC report
- Record Assets List for PHGE
- Distribute Pay Slip and Tax Slip to employee (UO, Estate Maintenance)
- Issue Medicine for First-Aid Box of respective department
- Uniform Request and other allowance (Prepaid Card, Email Request, Transportation Allowance)
- Check and support the require data for the global wave software
- Update personal file and record duty manager leave
- Other duties by Manager.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate with HR Diploma is preferable.
• At least 3 years’ experience in payroll calculation independently.
• Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law for specific functions.
• Must have communications skills and the problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure
