Job Description

Job Purpose

  • This role will play a part in the Osotspa Myanmar business operations in assisting in general HR and ER administration at the Sales & Commercial site
  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

Main Responsibility

1. General Administration

  • Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee.
  • Maintaining and updating employees’ particular.
  • Maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or resigned employees.
  • Update training records if any.
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets for weekly, monthly basic.
  • Leading for performance appraisal process and EES as well as CoC completion.

2. Recruitment/New Hire Process

  • Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Administering new employment assessments.
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.

3. Benefits Administration

  • Leading for monthly payroll matter and responsible to be data accurate.
  • Assist in leave administration and updating.
  • Assist in calculation of overtime hours and checking of Sales Incentive with policy.
  • Assist in SSB administration.
  • Updating to insurance service provide for employee onboarding and deboarding.

4. Administration

  • Maintaining employees’ databases.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained properly.
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Laws, Economics, or business related fields, Master degree would be preferable.
  • Minimum 4 years’ in managing HR Operations and understand nature of operational work
  • Experienced in working with MNC and/or FMCG
  • Has knowledge including recruitment, C&B, training development and employee relations
  • Has general knowledge of Myanmar legislations, labor laws and related aspects pertaining employment
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Presentations skills and Negotiation skills
  • Good budgeting knowledge and skills
