Job Description

Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: Managing Director / CEO
Location: [Pabedan Township]

 Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
 Handle recruitment and selection processes – job posting, interviewing and onboarding of employees.
 Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and employee information.
 Manage monthly payroll, including salary calculation, benefits, allowances and bonuses.
 Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve staff performance.
 Organize training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and productivity.
 Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws, SSB, and taxation regulations.
 Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and maintain harmonious employee-management relations.
 Promote a positive organizational culture that encourages teamwork, employee engagement and motivation.
 (Optional) Oversee some administrative functions, such as office supplies, maintenance, and procurement, if required.

Job Requirements

Education:
o Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
o Diploma or Certificate in HR Management is an advantage.
Experience:
o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related fields.
o Experience in Trading & Distribution or Medical / Dental industry is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:

o Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices.
o Proficient in Payroll, Attendance and Performance Management Systems.
o Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
o Able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
Personal Attributes:
o Highly organized and detail-oriented.
o Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
o Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
