Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Management, Psychology or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in management positions.
  • Familiar with labor law, manufacturing labor models (shift system, O/T, multiple job types, piece-rate, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability in performance management, workforce planning and labor cost control and  execution ability.
  • English speaking shall be fluently.
