  • Lead the HR department at T&H Maths Centre.

  • Develop and implement HR policies that ensure staff well-being and long-term growth.
  • Inspire and support teachers and staff, enhancing both performance and morale to positively impact students’ learning experiences.
  • Recruit and appoint qualified teachers and staff who meet our centre’s standards.

  • Manage onboarding for new employees and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Lead training, performance management, and professional development initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and the company’s professional standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

  • A passionate professional who cares about education, people, and organizational growth.
