Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Initiate and Manage all spectrum of HR and Admin activities related to Company
  2. Lead the process to recruit and hire a superior workforce by providing innovative sourcing strategies, manpower planning and Organization Chart is updated.
  3. Implement and maintain Human Resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration and employee relations. 
  4. Working closely with HR Headquarter regarding policy, recruitment and termination of department and higher, monthly meeting and reports, strategic planning and people development.
  5. Planning, implementing and monitoring HR budget and plan.
  6. Develop yearly training plan, and company activities/program in comply with business requirements and TOA standards/directions.
  7. Develop and update company rules & regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Laws and ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations.
  8. Develop the company’s compensation program, including salary administration and benefits programs. Perform C&B survey to ensure that compensation practices are attractive and in line with Market. Prepare branch mark for compensation and benefits, policy current market.
  9. Prepare HR reports such as turnover rate, absenteeism, vacancies and monthly report. Consult with manager changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition.
  10. Prepare and facilitate audit process conducted by principles business on annual basic.
  11. Prepare and implementation of performance management system working together with Line Manager and Head Quarter.
  12. Work with HOD and Manager to ensure JD’s and the actual ground situation and update as needed.
  13. Work closely with Govt. offices (SSB, Labor, Tax offices and so on)  
  14. Performing other duties as requested by Country Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration, MBA degree holder is more preferable
  • Age should be between 37 – 45 years old
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations & Performance Management Role
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar
  • Experience in using SAP Success Factors (HR platform) is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor law and policy on foreign investment & provisions for foreign investors living in.
  • Very Skillful in Personal Income Tax. 
  • Strong Management Skill and leadership Skill, Problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated decision making capability and ability to work without supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and can work at tight deadline and under pressure.
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
  • HR, Admin & Business management acumen.
