Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Identify staffing needs in collaboration with operational management
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and platforms as required.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and safety awareness, tailored to factory operations.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Administer salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits programs in line with company policies and industry standards.

    Manage payroll processing and benefits administration accurately and in a timely.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Foster a positive work environment, handle grievances, and mediate conflicts.

  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare HR reports for management and Group HR, including recruitment metrics, training records, and benefits utilization.

  • Support the Group HR in policy formulation and implementation.

  • Assist in performance management processes and succession planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in HR management within manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation & benefits.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, six days a week.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
