The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage factory-wide human resources, disciplinary matters, payroll and benefits, and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Searching for, interviewing, and appointing both skilled factory workers and office staff based on departmental requirements.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Ensuring the accurate and systematic calculation and management of employee salaries, overtime (OT), and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions.

  • Disciplinary Management: Supervising employee adherence to factory rules and regulations, and taking necessary disciplinary actions (such as issuing warning letters) when required.

  • Labor Law Compliance: Executing Employment Contracts (EC) in accordance with labor laws and acting as the primary liaison with the Labor Office and Social Security Office.

  • Training: Conducting orientations for new hires and providing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness training.

  • Workplace Relations: Mediating and resolving disputes between employer and employees, while managing overall staff welfare and well-being.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: Must hold a university degree. (Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in HR or a degree in HR Management.)

  • Experience: A minimum of (5) years of experience in the HR field is required. (Candidates with specific experience in factory or manufacturing environments will be highly preferred.)

  • Legal Knowledge: Must have an extensive and proficient understanding of current Myanmar Labor Laws, Tax Laws, and Social Security Laws.

  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR Software.

    • Strong Leadership abilities and proven Conflict Management skills to resolve workplace issues effectively.

  • Personal Attributes: * Must possess high levels of patience and emotional intelligence.

    • Must be strictly disciplined and demonstrate a character that commands respect from the workforce.
