Job Description

  • Checking & Follow up the employees' daily Attendance (Late, Leave, Absence & Location)
  • Arranging Interview, conducting orientation to new employees and employment contract process
  • To check the monthly SSB list and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB transaction as labor official income tax case
  • Arranging employee Birthday Program, CSR Activities, Staff Party and Welfare Program
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintain HR operational documents
  • To carry out recruitment & related functions
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absence, leaves, late hours..,etc)
  • Ad-hoc tasks support to Department Head

Job Requirements

  • Must have a related Bachelor’s degree/ HR diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Must have knowledge in using Better HR Software 
  • Must have knowledge of labor law, SSB and Income Tax
  • Must be known and Handle all HR Functions
  • Must have a good attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in Microsoft word, excel, power point and internet, email
