    • ဆေးဆိုင်ဝန်ထမ်းများ (Pharmacist, Sales Associate, Cashier, Stock Manager) သစ် ခေါ်ယူခြင်းနှင့် အင်တာဗျူးစီစဉ်ခြင်း။
    • ရာထူးအလိုက် သင့်တော်သည့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ ခန့်အပ်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
    • ဆေးဆိုင်အလှည့်ကျ စိစစ်ချိန် (Shift Management)၊ ခွင့်ရက်နှင့် တက်ရောက်မှုစာရင်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
    • ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အဆင်မပြေမှုများကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စများကို စီမံခြင်း။
    • လစဉ် လစာ၊ အချိန်ပိုကြေး (OT) နှင့် ရောင်းအား ကော်မရှင်များကို တိကျစွာ တွက်ချက်ခြင်း။
    • ဝန်ထမ်း ခံစားခွင့်များနှင့် လူမှုဖူလုံရေး ကိစ္စများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  • HR နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထိ ရှိသူ (လက်လီ သို့မဟုတ် ဆေးဝါးဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်)။
  • လူအများနှင့် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပြဿနာများကို ပြေလည်အောင် ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
  • လက်လီ ဆေးဆိုင်လုပ်ငန်း၏ Shift စနစ်နှင့် အလုပ်ချိန်များကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ။
