A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions; coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Handle new hire orientation, documentation, and exit interviews or offboarding clearances.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, track leaves/attendance, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, policy clarifications, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Ensure organizational policies align with local labor laws and assist in updating employee handbooks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and good knowledge of labor standards.
