Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To keep all document for payroll confidential files and data files update securely
  • Coordination and arrange attendance & Payroll set up for all departments
  • Supervision on the attendance, leave, CDO, late & absent
  • Prepare monthly SSB, OT, Ferry Fee, PI allowance and other cases
  • Cooperate with finance for Fine deduction, Debit & Credit deduction for payroll process
  • Updating and finishing Data input and check for change of status concerned transfer, confirmation, promotion and other status change at payroll file
  • Checking and operate the daily attendance list at Global TA and calculate payroll with Global TA Software.
  • Supervising the data input processes for the leave, on duty and Finger Print Error, the probation, permanence, Resign, Termination, Dismiss staff, the promotion, demotion, punishment, fine situation
  • Communicating and organizing with Government Office such as EC, Labor Office, SSB Office and Tax Office etc. for HR Department
  • Conducting for employee counselling programs, listening to employee’s voice and analysis all records of them to report HOD and management
  • Planning and implementation the employee engagement plans with HODs, and Performance Appraisal processes
  • Handling the resignation, termination, transfer, warning, counselling and round checking processes.
  • Supporting for disciplinary management, action and monitoring to compliance the company policies to HODs
  • Having the well-minded to cooperate with team, be responsible for related tasks and acceptable for ad-hoc assignments. Participating in making the Organization Development includes the job analysis, employee counselling, applying & implementing Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Prepare monthly HR Budget & other ad-hoc payments concern with HR Department
  • Monthly report to the HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Must be used HR Software (Global TA)
  • 4years experience in HR field
  • Must be use Microsoft package
  • Age must be between 25 to 30 years
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
