  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 
  • Addressing employee grievances, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. 
  • Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development. 
  • Identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge they need. 
  • Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages. 
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring employees understand and comply with them. 
  • Developing and implementing programs to boost employee morale and productivity. 
  • Other instruction assigned by management team and headquarter.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 or 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • -Able to use Microsoft application (Excel, Work, Powepoint)
  • -Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Able to work at Hmawbi Township
