Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily administrative affairs, including office supplies procurement, fixed assets management, and office environment maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings and activities; prepare meeting minutes and related documentation.
  • Handle company documents, contracts, and archive management.
  • Accompany the MD to client meetings or external appointments when required.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding/offboarding procedures, attendance management, and reimbursement approvals.
  • Handle visa and residence permit applications for expatriates and ensure timely renewal.
  • Manage company visitors, phone calls, and external communications; maintain good office order and company image.
  • Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with certificates in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Well-presented, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Clear-minded and able to handle daily and emergency administrative matters independently.
  • High professional ethics, good service attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Burmese; trilingual candidates (Chinese, English, Burmese) are highly preferred.
