  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ newspapers/ colleges etc.
  • Implement the interviewing applicants and vetting them for the position
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on applicants, including drug tests and criminal history checks
  • Coordinate with managers to set up interviews with prospective employees.
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with HR Diploma or Certificate.
  • Must have experiences minimum (3) Years in recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social, Media, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Age 25 - 30
