Daily check attendance list.Recorded the daily Attendance,Leave form,Late form and Outpass form for Head Office and other office.Update the employee profiles.Calculate the salary/OT/ SSB Charges Prepare the Staff Lists, employee’s birthday and complete probation employee .Review the complete 6months and 12 months employee.Arranging the compensation and benefits.Arrangement for the interview.Record keeping (Personal data, Office Letter, outgoing and incoming forms.Have to work other duties prescribed time to time by HR Manager

Minimum 1~2 years working experience andBachelor’s degree or equivalent , relevant HR work experienceGood communication skillGood Interpersonal skills and willing to learn
