Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at retail outlets.

  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.

  • Collaborate with store managers to maintain safe working conditions.

  • Maintain records related to HSE activities and incidents.

  • Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.

  • Support environmental management initiatives, including waste management and pollution prevention.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Perform other HSE-related duties assigned by the HSE Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale operations.

  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

  • Familiarity with Myanmar’s HSE laws and regulations.

  • Strong incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety audit skills.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel to company sites and branches as required.
