Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Support the HC team in daily HR operations related to factory employees.
  • Assist in recruitment activities for operational roles such as daily wage workers and permanent employees.
  • Help coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing employee documents, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Support attendance monitoring, leave records, and overtime tracking for factory employees.
  • Assist in organizing employee orientation and onboarding activities for new joiners.
  • Support the HC team in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in preparing basic HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and recruitment status.
  • Provide administrative support to the HC team when required.

Job Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and support HR operations in a factory environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
