Position: IELTS TEACHER (Head of English Department)

1. Department Leadership
Lead, guide, and inspire a team of English teachers across all programs.
Organize and manage teaching schedules, lesson planning, and departmental meetings.
Observe classes and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
2. Curriculum & Program Management
Develop, review, and improve curriculum outlines for:
General English programs
IELTS, GED, and Duolingo English Test preparation
Summer and Weekend English courses
Ensure lessons promote creativity, communication, and comprehension aligned with CEFR and international benchmarks.
Propose new courses and teaching resources to enhance learning outcomes.
3. English Competitions & Events
Organize and oversee English competitions and reading challenges using platforms like Foxton Reader.
Serve as a chief judge or trainer for internal and external English competitions.
