About Logiscool

  • Sales Performance Management
  • Set monthly sales targets and individual goals for the sales team
  • Prepare sales plans and action plans for the Head of Operations
  • Monitor pipelines, collections, and conversion performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates
  • Actively participate in sales presentations and consultation 
  • Review team performance and identify improvement areas
  • Conduct coaching, training, and regular feedback sessions
  • Support continuous professional development of the sales team
  • Activity Planning & Participation
  • Plan and support center activities and events
  • Ensure strong student and prospect engagement
  • Collaborate with the academic team during events and classes
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents
  • Ensure satisfaction with learning progress and environment
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage customer feedback
  • Cross-Functional & Center Operations
  • Coordinate closely with Academic, Marketing, Telemarketing, and Activation teams
  • Share market insights and customer feedback
  • Support recruitment, scheduling, and team morale
  • Ensure the center is welcoming, organized, and professional

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Fluent in Burmese and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong understanding of sales principles (pipeline, forecasting, planning, and closing)
  • Familiar with CRM tools, LMS, and educational software
  • Ability to clearly explain curriculum and programs to parents, students, and instructors
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
