An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Maintain accurate records of stock movements and optimize warehouse space utilization.
Ensure all documentation related to Distribution Center (DC) operations is properly maintained and filed.
Implement and monitor fire safety preventive measures and regularly inspect the office and warehouse premises.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure adherence to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principle.
Support the DC Officer in monitoring warehouse expenses to ensure operations remain within the approved budget.
Maximize the efficient utilization of company assets, including warehouse space, equipment, forklifts, and other resources.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt of goods and proper storage according to the approved layout plan.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods and loading of trucks according to delivery schedules.
Maintain stock accuracy at all times, minimize storage-related damages, and continuously improve DC productivity.
Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with all safety protocols for finished goods storage and handling.
Prepare and submit daily inventory movement reports to relevant departments.
Prepare and submit productivity, utilization, and damage reports on a weekly and monthly basis according to the reporting schedule.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management within a medium to large-sized organization; experience with a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
Sound knowledge of customer service practices and sales policies.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management.
Proficient in supply chain and logistics-related software systems and technologies.
Experience in operations management, inventory control, and stock management.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, as well as email communication.
Certificate or professional qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
Technology-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
