Job Description

Identify, research, and evaluate potential market segments to provide strategic plans for securing new business.
Carry out active prospecting calls, cold calls, and sales pitches to convert leads into secure sales.
Compare carrier, airline, and vendor pricing, and provide competitive, accurate pricing solutions to clients.
Represent the company in negotiating contract terms, rates, and agreements with potential clients to fulfill long-term business goals.
Monitor Freight Forwarding & Logistics market trends and actively build a strong network among carriers, airlines, freight forwarders, and business partners.
Maintain and build strong, long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage incoming Sea/Air freight and network inquiries, ensuring professional handling of all FCL/LCL shipment arrangements and procedures.
Provide dedicated customer support, take complete ownership of client issues, and follow thoroughly until total resolution is achieved.
Communicate and collaborate closely with operations, related internal departments, and external vendors to ensure all client expectations are met.
Compile and submit structured daily job execution plans, weekly, and monthly reports directly to the line manager.
Support the team by offering guidelines regarding client requirements and sales concepts, while consolidating necessary team reports for the line manager.
Actively participate in team initiatives, contributing to a collaborative work environment and supporting team members whenever needed.

Job Requirements

Any graduate and additional professional certifications or diplomas in Logistics and Supply Chain Management are highly preferred.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales and customer service success within the Freight Forwarding sector (Must-have)
Cross border Logistics experience is a “plus”
Customer-centric mindset with strong collaboration and negotiation skills is required
Good command of English 4 skills
Strategic and creative thinking in research and development in business
Team player can work and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Able to work under pressures in any challenging situations
