Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute financial audit plans and review financial records, transactions, and reports.
Evaluate internal financial controls and recommend improvements to minimize risks and prevent financial irregularities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Review key financial areas including cash management, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory controls.
Identify financial risks, control gaps, and potential fraud issues, and conduct investigations when required.
Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, and follow up on corrective actions.
Support external audits and regulatory reviews when necessary.
Lead and develop the Internal Audit team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
CPA, ACCA, CIA, or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial or internal auditing, preferably in FMCG, Trading, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail industries.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ERP systems
