Job Description

Develop and execute operational audit plans covering warehouse, logistics, sales, and distribution operations.
Review inventory management, stock controls, warehouse processes, and operational procedures to minimize risks and losses.
Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal control processes.
Identify operational gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Review sales and distribution processes to ensure effectiveness and proper control.
Prepare audit reports, communicate findings, and monitor corrective actions.
Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
CPA, CIA, or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in internal audit, operational audit, preferably within FMCG, Trading, Retail, Logistics, or Distribution industries.
Strong knowledge of operational processes, internal controls, and risk management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
