  • To improve and maintain the IXP/ISP network quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • To monitor and analyze the network quality, making daily report and weekly report and individual report, cooperating with the vendors and the related departments.
  • Consider and propose new report and analysis to enhance the network quality.
  • To lead team member to achieve SPM objectives.
  • To develop team member skills about IXP/ISP network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in IP Traffic Management field
  • Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power point (Required)
  • IP Networking Knowledge and Background (Required)
  • CCNA (Required)
  • Management skills to analyze and evaluate learning real network infrastructure.
