Job Overview:

The purpose of the position is to lead the Core Transport Team which consists of high caliber talents, to manage the Financial and budget, Network architecture and planning, and capacity, Vendor management. He/ She will lead technical teams with diverse expertise and specializations to achieve a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Core Transport network infrastructure and accountable on the long-term strategy.
• Implement the plans and capacity upgrades to support the mobile, fixed and home subscriber growth in ensuring a highly efficient and resilient IP/MPLS Core network.
• Drive the growth, modernization, and transformational programs in the network infrastructure consists of IP/MPLS Core, Content Delivery Network, Peering and International network elements.
• Ensure overall annual budget to support these programs and the execution, including the capital and operating budget management. 
• Responsible for end-to-end process requires playing a central role in liaising with Finance, Network Strategy, Network Sourcing to continually optimizing the engagement processes and driving business outcomes to set annual plan through various stakeholders.
• Reporting Yearly, Monthly and weekly report for Domian.
• Align and implement the strategic growth initiatives with business plans in consultation of multiple internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Business Group and other Network and Operation groups. 
• Manage external interfacing into vendors, 3rd party carriers, and other service providers.
• Support cross functional team projects and requirements.
• Regular updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in network management and sustainability 
• Being accountable for the transformation of the core transport network driving efficiency and cost reductions will present you with ample opportunities to challenge yourself in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Experience

• 10+ years in the Telco industry, specializing in the networks domain.
• Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, but not mandatory

Skillsets

• Knowledge in IP/MPLS Core network in Service Provider environment
• Knowledge in Transport, Core Network, and RAN Architecture in Service Provider environment
• A well-rounded set of soft skills including communication, problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, agility and interpersonal skills.
