Job Description

  • Provide support for networking administration.
  • Define privacy and information security policy.
  • Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records
  • Oversee network and server
  • Provide IT Audit semester report
  • Overseeing computer security and antivirus updates etc.
  • Timely respond to user inquiries via email, chats, over the phone or in person
  • Software installation, configuration, user onboarding/deboarding related functions
  • CCTV, Door Access and other related IT devices
  • Diagnosis and resolve the Hardware, Software and Network connectivity trouble shooting
  • Purchase Requisition for IT related products, services & peripherals
  • Relevant Process preparation as and when needed
  • Validate and ensure necessary information security measures to be in place
  • Other necessary tasks assigned by IT HO team

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder related with Network & IT
  • Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience as supervisor level
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication skills
