  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Deliver best quality of IT services in terms of operation and support to customers.
  • Coordinated with related persons/departments to make the jobs done.
  • Office 365 support in applications management, onboarding/off boarding, setting up device for new comer, device inventory and access management.
  • Manage and control user accounts and IT assets.
  • Provide supporting and problem solving on issue/incident as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Male, age more than 25 years old
  • 3 years’ experience in IT supporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • Have interpersonal skills, good communication and service mind.
  • Problem solving skills

  • Team working skills
  • Attention to details
  • Willing to learn new IT knowledge with good attitude
