Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic organization. The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and extensive knowledge of various IT systems, networks, and architectures. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and train a team of IT engineers.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Manage IT Infrastructure: Take charge of planning, implementing, and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. Ensure the infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable to meet the organization's needs.
2. IT Asset Management: Develop and implement comprehensive IT asset management processes and procedures. Track and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and subscriptions. Monitor asset lifecycle, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the IT infrastructure team. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's infrastructure.
4. Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of IT engineers. Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote professional growth and development within the team.
5. Project Management: Oversee IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
6. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the company's IT infrastructure and data. Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively address any risks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
7. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to procure and maintain IT infrastructure components. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
8. Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of critical IT infrastructure issues and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize downtime and disruptions. Develop and implement incident response procedures to address emergencies effectively.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and availability. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) are a plus.
