Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing goals.
Plan and oversee technology budgets, investments, and cost control.
Manage ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing software, and automation tools.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure system availability and performance for production operations.
Develop policies to safeguard data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement protection measures.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency through IT solutions.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Coordinate IT support for production, finance, HR, and supply chain teams.
Lead and train IT staff to deliver technical support and system management.
Provide technical guidance and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with IT-related standards, data privacy laws, and manufacturing regulations.
Prepare IT reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred).
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are an advantage.
Minimum (5) years of IT management experience.
Strong background in manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Experience in networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
Proven track record of managing IT projects and digital transformation in manufacturing.
Technical expertise in ERP systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and IT investments effectively.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to technological changes.
Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
