Job Description

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones implementation projects.
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
  • Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed effectively.
  • Develop high-quality software and implementing efficient code- Researching, designing, implementing software programs –
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle - Review, debug code and perform validation and verification testing –
  • Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies - Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
  • Track project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Odoo, ERP and other modernized database technologies.
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects.
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
  • Facilitate end-user training and handover processes.
  • Strong Techno Functional Skills and minimum 1+ Years of Experience.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Odoo ERP implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in change management and training processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
