• Business Partnership & Demand Shaping – Own market demand intake and prioritisation; translate needs into actionable requirements for Regional/Product teams.
• Product Adoption & Value Realisation – Plan and execute local rollouts of global/regional products (e.g., D365, SFA, DMS, etc.), including change, training, and hypercare. Track OKRs and adoption. Ensure alignment with local business needs and regulatory requirements.

Measures: cutover success, time to adoption, feature utilisation, value KPIs agreed with product owners.

• Local IT Support & Service Management – Oversee IT systems and service performance; manage local IT vendors/providers; ensure SLA adherence.
• Financials & Vendors – Contribute to regional IT planning and budgeting; own market IT budget forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor performance/contracts.
• Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance – Enforce Group security and data governance controls; ensure local regulatory adherence; close audit actions in a timely manner.

Measures: zero critical audit findings; policy conformance.

• Reporting & Transparency – Provide regular updates to regional IT leadership on Myanmar IT initiatives, operations, and performance.
• People, Culture & Ways of Working – Build a small, high-performing team; promote Carlsberg Leadership Expectations and Growth Culture behaviours; foster nimble learning and knowledge sharing.

Measures: engagement score, capability uplift plan execution, mandatory trainings.

• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies; proactively identify opportunities to leverage IT for business advantage in Myanmar.

Professional Qualifications / Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with proven track record of delivering IT solutions and services to business stakeholders
• Experience working in a global or multinational organisation, preferably within the beverages or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices
• Project management experience
