Role Purpose
The IT Services Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. This role ensures reliable operations, effective ERP solutions, and business process automation through close collaboration with business stakeholders. The position provides technical leadership, drives continuous improvement, and ensures secure, scalable IT services aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance business applications and ERP systems to support operational needs.
• Lead deployment, upgrade, testing, and production support of applications.
• Oversee POS systems, peripheral software, and related infrastructure.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design automation solutions with business teams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT infrastructure and support teams.
• Ensure system security, reliability, scalability, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and overseas IT teams.

Technical Scope

• Server environments (Microsoft, Virtualization, Unix)
• Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo alto infrastructure)
• Cloud platforms (AWS)
• SQL

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7–8 years of experience in IT services and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
• Experience in project management, process analysis, and system integration
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
