Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Install, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Provide network operations support, incident resolution, and technical escalation to vendors/principals.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable network solutions.
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure SLA compliance.
Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, and IGP.
Monitor network performance using tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, Cacti, and Zabbix.
Administer and support network operating systems, including Cisco IOS and JUNOS.
Lead technical discussions, customer meetings, and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support (including BOM and solution sizing).
Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and regular status reports for customers and management.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical training, and collaborate closely with customers, team members, and management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (B.C.Sc, B.C.Tech, BE (IT), or IT Diploma).
CCNA certification is required; CCNP certification is preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, implementation, and support.
Good knowledge of Linux OS, network security, access control models, and IP network design.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
Service-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
Willing to work extended hours, provide on-call support, and travel when required.
