Job Purpose

To provide 24/7 continuous monitoring of network and system health, acting as the first point of contact for incident detection and ensuring timely communication to relevant technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Monitoring: Monitor real-time alerts via monitoring tool, and other dashboards to ensure 100% visibility of system status.
• Incident Notification: Immediately inform and escalate detected issues to the relevant technical teams (System, Network, or Dev) according to standard procedures.
• Shift Operations: Work within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure constant coverage of infrastructure health.
•  Collaboration: Proactively communicate and collaborate with other teams to fulfill tasks and ensure incidents are tracked to resolution.
•  Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial verification of alerts to filter out "false positives" beforeescalating to senior engineers.
• Reporting: Document and log all incidents and communication activities during the shift for handover reports.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic IT knowledge (Understanding of servers, internet, and hardware) is a strong advantage. High proficiency in operating systems and knowledge of application is mandatory.
• Must be willing and able to work under a 24/7 shift rotation (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
• Strong communication skills to effectively inform related teams during high-pressure incidents; disciplined and alert-focused mindset.
