Software Support

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal teams and sales staff
  • Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and system issues reported by users
  • Communicate effectively with users to deliver timely solutions
  • Document cases, resolutions, and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Coordinate with developers for escalations and feature requests

Android Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications (Kotlin/Java)
  • Work with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive experiences
  • Ensure app performance and compatibility across devices
  • Maintain code quality with Git and proper documentation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Android development & user support
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, Android Studio
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual in Burmese & English (preferred)
  • Passion for mobile technology and user-centric support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or technologies
