Role Accountabilities

• Oversee and ensure successful completion of all aspects of delivery for assigned scope: the ability to make decisions based upon good judgement and analytical skills
• Responsible for writing business requirements (consolidated into an end-to-end Functional Specifications Document), based on interactions directly with all internal and external stakeholders. Ranging from customers, team members, UI/UX designers, customer experience, finance, revenue assurance, product partners, development partners, operations & technology.  Ensures traceability between requirements to Features to user stories.
• Plan and lead processes that facilitate consensus and brainstorming to create and define solutions. Create and manage Agile / SCRUM artifacts used between stakeholders through development, testing, and business acceptance
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Work with data to uncover business insights and marry with market research and competitor analysis to propose recommendations
• Shares the product vision and works closely with the Business Owner, Scrum Master to ensure the team delivers value to the business.

Experience & Qualifications

•  5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience and involvement in project management life cycles. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of app ecosystem & Prefer Engineering background
