About the Role

As a healthcare-focused business group, we believe that patient safety and operational excellence start with data integrity. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Master Data Management to lead our MDM program.

In this role, you won't just be "managing data"—you will be the architect of our "Single Source of Truth." You will oversee the lifecycle of critical data domains (Product, Procedure, Provider, Patient, Customer, and Vendor), ensuring that our clinical, supply chain, and customer relationship systems speak the same language. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver life-saving products and streamlined healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Governance: Define and execute the MDM roadmap, aligning data architecture with business goals across our medical technology and pharmaceutical divisions, healthcare delivery services divisions and diagnostic services divisions.

• Data Stewardship: Lead a team of data stewards to maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across HIS, ERP and CRM systems and data analytics/business intelligence systems.

• System Integration: Oversee the integration of master data between modern cloud platforms. 

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all data handling processes comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, GS1, CPT, ICD, LOINC, DICOM standards for product,  procedure and diagnostic identification.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data entry and synchronisation, implementing automated workflows to reduce manual intervention and dirty data.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT field, 5+ years in Data Management or Data Governance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (e.g., UDI for medical devices, NPI for providers, or HL7 standards).

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MDM software suites and a solid grasp of SQL. Familiarity with data profiling and cleansing tools is a must.

• The "So What?" Factor: You can translate complex technical data issues into business risks or opportunities for executive stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
