Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support related to POS software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with system installations, configuration, and setup of POS devices and related equipment.
  • Provide customer training on POS software features and basic hardware usage.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation, logs, and records of service activities.
  • Handle customer service tasks, including answering phone calls and resolving software-related issues.
  • Support the internal IT team with basic technical tasks, updates, and maintenance as needed.
  • Follow company procedures and ensure quality service delivery to all customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1 year of technical support experience (POS experience is a plus).
• IT certification with basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and SQL.
• Good command of both English and Burmese (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to travel and learn new technologies.
