• To develop Key Account Customers list and increase the Active Key Account Customers list of Makro Myanmar • To analyze the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the Key Account Customers in terms of turnover, profits, loses, margin, average buying, frequency on the yearly and monthly base to make the right decisions to improve the situation and to use the information to be key input of developing effective plan• To plan and to organize the Key Account Customers approach in due time in order to anticipate the main events and needs • To collect the Key Account Customer Demands, Expectations and Needs and then propose solutions and alternatives to them in a short terms view• To survey (deliver inputs and monitor) the market in order to know what Competitors are doing to allow MAKRO to react and to adapt its Strategy• To work closely with Store Customer Development team and O2O team to develop effective customer activities plan by individual Key Account Customer on a regular basis• To ensure good working relationship with internal and external customer in achievement of optimum customer satisfaction • Respond to develop the Sales & Profit and number of valuable accounts as KPI • Dealing with the Influence and Decision Maker of Key Account Customers to succeed the Top Line and Button Line target • Effective problem solving for customers’ satisfaction in primary level and find solution• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
